Good going, Anne...good luck at the doctors' I know mine told me to stop losing, I ignored them...now I am glad I did as I've bounced back.

Down 1.2 lbs of the 2 or so I was up last week. I am hoping that my weight is stabilizing. I don't mind where I am at but I hate watching it go there.
