Back on track today with the low carb challenge. I didn't do as much damage as I could have yesterday. The scale wasn't terrible this morning.

Back on track here today too. Had some stuffing and just one bite of pumpkin pie, I think I was too tired after working. Which was good. Had the munchies today, wanted to eat every couple of hours.

Jeeze, I wish we had Back Friday here! In Belgium shops are only allowed to have sales during January and July. They can have promotions (= small discounts) but otherwise we have to wait til those months in order to buy things at reduced prices! It took me years to get over the HORROR of paying full price for everything! It still sticks on my craw but I just accept it as part of the price I pay to live here. But man, one day I going to come for a visit during the Turkey Day festivities and shop literally til I drop!
