Hi Gina and everyone.  Finally, sunshine here in Va.  Cold yes, but at least the sun is shining.  I will be anxiously awaiting the arrival of my DD from Cleveland today then we are going out to dinner.  First time I have ever been out for Thanksgiving but no way I was going to try to cook a big meal in a condo.  Planning on a walk or gym before she gets here to get some exercise out of the way.

decaf protein coffee  33g
blueberry bread, cream cheese
lemon tea protein  13g
little cup of white bean chili with cheese, orange
buffet, mostly beef, greens, cobbler/ice cream
Protein hot chocolate  30g

did 30 min on the eliptical then took a walk with DD when she came.

We went to the buffet at the waterpark.  Other than a horrible almost 2 hr wait to be seated, the food was very good.

yeah, they said 20 min but we didn't make reservations and they kept taking folks ahead of us.  they had said reservation for parties of 8 and we only had 4 so had not made reservations.  We will know for the next time.

Yes - Happy Turkey Day everyone!

B:  Coffee then Protein shake = 23g

S:  Protein yogurt = 38g

L:  4 slices of chicken w/ avocadoes and 3 cherry tomatoes =10g

S;  Lemon protein = 23g

D:  Flammish - a sort of leek crustless quiche = 12g

All vitamins in - still working on the fluids and miles

Ashley girl - you are JAMMIN'! I'm getting closer! My boppy pillow arrived the other day - thanks for the advice. Am gearing up with frozen foods, broths, stocking up on decaf green tea etc. Not QUITE as nervous as before but still a little. Hangin in there tho! Can't wait to see your next pix!
