hmmm....I never thought of that. My 5 yr. old DGD circled practically everything in the Toys R US catalog...do they limit the number of items you can put on the list....LOL? I have trouble with meat sticking so I usually have to put something on it. I only like dark meat so I would have been going home hungry.

Day seven of this low carb challenge. Lost a few pounds and I attribute that to drinking plain water and staying under 50 net carbs most days. I screwed up a couple of days but tried to get back on track as soon as one indiscretion was done and over. Overall, not too bad.
MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - bacon
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - chili
S - bunless cheese burger
42 net carbs

Ate way too much this weekend. I'm not happy with myself. I feel bloated and ucky
B - breakfast bowl (brought 3/4 home with me)
L - (not long after lunch) chicken noodle soup and dumplings
S - some olives, a few cashews, a few triscuits
D - roast beef and ketchup
Vits: my B12 and D. Can't find my multi's.. hmmmmmm
water: way low I need to do much better. That's probably why i feel so ucky

We have days like that. I remember my diet days when I figured I blew so why bother. Thank Goodness that mentality is gone!!
Other than the noodles and dumplings it doesn't sound too bad.
Crap.....I haven't been taking my B-12...I need to get my act together! That's probably why my hair seems to be thinning.

First day of vacation and at my sisters so not in control of what I am eating. We ended up at a great pizza place, first pizza since WLS 3 yrs ago. It was thin crust and ww so It wasn't horrible but then there were nachos, too, oh my.
