Third day of the low carb challenge went pretty good. Lots of plain water and the scale is down a little this morning.

B2 - omelet w/mushrooms/onions/tomatoes and bacon (and yes, I ate it all)
L - leftover tomato soup with crackers

S - protein grapefruit Nectar mixed into a slurry and chilled. Ate with a spoon. Will have to try this again as I put too much water in it and froze it too long to start. 2 scoops
D - I have lots of leftovers, just not feeling very hungry

I did not realize that a UTI causes confusion and dizziness in the elderly but I have heard from so many who said it happened to their family members. DH got a buck but he only brought the horns home. He said something about black tongue in that area. We are really slow around the holidays. Parents are thinking of other things besides day care changes.
