That's a good idea Price.  This might be the perfect time to find turkey legs. I know I've seen turkey breasts advertised but never legs.

I'm going to go right after work and hopefully I will be able to find one but as long as I can get 2 in the bag/pan I will have to go that route.  I haven't heard about any shortages in our are so I'm not panicking....yet.

Going to my cousins for turkey day.  I will probably make one over the weekend for us to have here.

B fried egg, ham, cheese and mushrooms on ww toast

S string cheese and ham roll up, cutie

L pork chop, brown rice, kale

S greek yogurt, half banana, bran buds

D  potluck dinner, I am taking brussels sprouts so I will have something to eat!  Turkey is the main course so I should be ok

 

miles skipped today so exhausted I took a couple of days off, fluids 8 cups so far, vites good,

Fourth day of the low carb challenge going well. Still drinking plain water like a fish but also gave in and had a diet Coke today...we'll see. The stir fry is pretty salty from the soy sauce. {sigh}

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
