Good morning LW's!
Yawn and stretch! This week is flying by!
Trying to manuever around my desk here, on my right a cat almost on the mouse and pad, protein coffee to my left and Buddy Love at my feet. It's good to be loved.
It's off to curves this morning then I am getting a long overdue cut and color. I finally get to start physical therapy at 1 pm for this crazy positional vertigo. Then maybe the flip flops will stop in my stomach.
Hope you all have an amazing day!

Heading out for a walk, then back to work some before training all afternoon. Didn't sleep great last night between sore from the fall and muscle pump and stress stuff from work. I need the walk.
Workmen due here at 8:30 to work on the windows that have been leaking and ruined, buckled my hardwood floor. Not sure what their process will be but glad I will be gone this afternoon.
Count down to vacation. Leaving Sat morning. Much to do before then.

Good morning everyone.
I went to a Thanksgiving program at my DGD's school this morning. Her parents couldn't get off work. I was not the only grandparent there!!
It is going to be a long day today. We have a board meeting tonight and it is out of county so it will be later when we get back to town...Count down to retirement 6 more of these quarterly meetings until retirement!
Hope your physical therapy works on your vertigo.

Good afternoon from Jacksonville, FL!
It's already felt like a rather long day for me as I didn't get a lot of sleep last night. I went to bed around 10 PM last night but was awaken at about 3 AM from a malfunctioning smoke detector that was beeping. By the time I think I fell back to sleep, my hubby was waking up for work. He's never been very quiet... even when he tries.
Right now I'm taking some time to enjoy the peace and quiet as my daughter is napping and has both dogs with her. The youngest of the two, Dale, is almost 10 months old and is pushing 60 pounds. He's a Catahoula Leopard and very active. The other one, Lil' Bit, is a 7-year-old Pug/Sharpei/Beagle mix. She's more on the lazy side... unless she's been rained on or given a bath (that makes her very hyper). In any case, they're not fighting for my attention... :)
This morning my daughter and I headed out to the seafood store out at Mayport for some fresh fish. I've gone almost 2 weeks with no fresh fish and it was working my nerves. So for dinner tonight I'm making some Fish & Grits (w/ steamed spinach). We also stopped off at the grocery store on the way home to pick up a few needed items until the weekend. That's when I do the bulk of the grocery shopping as hubby likes to help me out. I did pick up something for tomorrow night's dinner. I bought a pork shoulder roast that I'm going to make into Kalua Pork and Cabbage.
I hope you all enjoy the rest of your Thursday!
I got woke up by the Carbon Monoxide detector - beeping "low battery" every 30 seconds - ugh! I thought it was the smoke alarm so I shut the door and it seemed to get louder! If I'd known it was the CO, I'd have changed the batteries and went back to a sound sleep!

Hi Maria
I know it's not morning.. but... Good Evening? :)
Wasn't really a long day but I snacked and grazed. I don't normally do that... my fullness indicator wasn't working today.
Hope you can get your vertigo addressed - that's horrible stuff to live with!
