Good Morning Folks! Vacation and 5 year post Combo
I wish I could tell you how, but my surgeon's office did it. He said he could get them to pay for it. He didn't say how. I do know they refused it the first time, and paid it the 2nd time it was submitted. At the time I believe there was a clause in my insurance (which I don't think it is anymore) saying if someone lost a great deal of weight via WLS then it could be covered. Just the TT, nothing else though.
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
