Hi Roz,

I almost sent you a text yesterday for some reason I had you on my mind.  I sure hope your mom is doing better tonight.  I sure do dread having to try and tell either of my parents what to do.  I know the older I get, the more stubborn I am and the more I want things done my way!!

I got on here at lunch today, but it just looks so funny on that computer.  I tried Foxfire and Internet Explorer and they both looked the same with the little box to type in.

Swinging critters for you and your mom. UTI are the worst for the elderly. Sorry she is feeling so bad.

Low carbing it

1st B Protein coffee, second plain coffee with a packet of sweet n low

2nd B hard boiled egg and 2 slices of bacon

24oz water with a packet of crystal light lemonade

L  4 oz baked fish with a few bites veggies

S small handful of almonds 24 oz of water with a packet of crstal light

D at work quest bar

8 0z water

Late snack almost a piece of italian sausage with a few pepper and onion pieces, as I sit here and type.
