Morning, yawns
Wow what a windy night, and thunderstorms too. Hope everyone survived and didnt have any damage.
Off to work, going to be a long day. Got everything packed.
Just realized that getting back on track, doing low carb, made my pms so much better. Woke up with my period, and havent had 2 weeks of soreness and aches and pains.
I guess another good reason to stay away from white flour and sugar.
Have a great day all

I woke up to sun, first in days. I'm going to walk this morning with Thor, first walk since my fall. Don't think I am ready for muscle pump yet, but I think the walk will be ok. then drive a pony if I can get the billing done. Last warmish day before the cold front comes.

Hi Maria
Back to the grind after vacation - at least it's sunny.
I was watching the weather in the midwest there too - as it was heading straight for my place in Michigan. The lady I traveled with was from Washington IL (now lives in FL) and it was leveled. Her son was there and she was trying to contact him. Also the town she grew up in in IA also got hit hard...
Talked to my sister this morning and we've got power at my place, but I haven't talked to my daughter to see if she does. I know someone else over by my daughter that doesn't.
Crazy weather for November....
Glad you figured out what was triggering your PMS. It does take a trail/error sometimes!
Oh - and thanks for the awesome comment on Facebook!

I think we got a little wind and only a little rain, but the wind finally got most of the leaves off the big oak in the front yard.
Good luck on the low carb challenge!

Thanks Linda.
I dont know why I cant beat this disordered eating of mine. I always feel better when I am low carb. Mental clarity, more energy, not always hungry and now a lot less pms.
Why oh why do I ever start to eat crap again? Wish I could have had brain surgery instead! but my tool is sure a big help!
I caught a few glimpses on the tv in patient's room, it is just overwhelming. And the Phillipines are still in big need of help.
