Last week 127
this week 130
I'm sure it is because I have been doing NO exercise, walking, class, etc because my hip still hurts from my fall. Not worried. I did go to the gym for body scan last week and I was still at 19% fat, which is low. I can't seem to find where I put my previous one to compare the % of muscle. I will do a post when I have both in front of me.

Price, I am sorry your hip still hurts...
The thing is, the scale and your body fat don't come close to each other...I'd go by body fat!

Back from vacation and the same as when I went. While I find that ok, it's still not the weight I want to be, AND I got a lot of exercise on vacation. We'll see what it says tomorrow. I weighed today on a different scale. But I'm eating salty popcorn now... :)
