I'm LOOSING!!!
I got on the scale this morning and I'm down from 179 to 177.6!!! I know that's not much but I'm praying over the next couple days I'm going to continue to loose. I'm so relieved the scale has moved again. I'm just so relieved so so relieved. I hope tha this doesn't stop again. I don't know if I can handle another stall so soon. I'm stressing myself out again but I can't help but worry. BUT any way I wanted to tell you guys that the scale moved!!
I just wanted to add that every time I have EVER lost weight I ALWAYS get stuck at 180. It is very difficult for me to get below that weight. I usually get stuck between 180 and then again around 165. We will see if that happens with the surgery. I'm so relieved to have lost more weight. I know officially it's only a 1.2 lbs lost this time around but it's usually a couple days of loosing after a stall. I'm hoping since the stall was long its several days of loosing and not just two or three days. The first day is always loosing the stall gain and then from there I loose again 1&1/2 - 2 lbs after a stall so this COULD be it for my loss for this week but we will see.
I hope this is the beginning of your next losing phase. : )

Here's hoping you continue to lose but realize, this far out it is NOT going to be a pound a day kind of thing. At 6 months, even with RNY, I was losing a pound a week or so. And reality is that you are just going to continue finding a way to eat so that you can do this for the rest of your life. Stressing about it doesn't do any good.
