Feeling hopeful!

Good moring Lightweights!

I was pleasantly surprised to see my favorite NUT yesterday. She made feel alot better and helped reinforce what I need to do in maintenance. She was impressed with my lab work too.

I also found out I am a success, I have maintained a 76% loss since surgery and this is good news to me. So I need to get rid of the negative nelly attitude and replace it with some optimism.

I also found out I have positional vertigo. I find myself so dizzy when I lay down or move my head certain ways, it makes me want to get sick to my stomach. Yes, yoga has been challenging with alot of modifications. So I get to start physical therapy thursday, something about crystals we have in our ears, my left ones seem to be out of whack.

So its off to Curves, then raking leaves. It's sunny here but chilly today. Maybe I should get a walk in with my trusty companion Buddy Love today too. Especially since I am going to my sister's for a party, too many good eats.

Have a great day!

Excellent! I was just thinking I should take Newton for another walk today. Hubby already took him on one walk but I need a walk since I haven't been doing them at work.

Love that little guy doing a happy dance! Thanks!

I am sure Newton would love to go out again.

It's a whooping 54 degrees and now its starting to cloud over. Finished curves working on a second protein coffee, this nausea business is taking a toll on my apetite. Then its off to rake leaves.

Hopefully PT will get you fixed up.  It is hard when you love an exercise and then can't do it.  I did drive Halley today.  Since it is my hip/back where I hit the ground, sitting in the carriage wasn't bad until that spot would hit the back of the carriage seat.  But it was so good to be doing something again and Halley was a very good girl.  The sun is shinning and it actual has made it to 60.  Rain tomorrow then cold again.  I guess it really is winter.

So glad you were able to get Haley out today. Sorry about your back, hopefully a few more days and that will be better too.

Thats what I was thinking, because I really had cut back on the carbs (needed to get back on track) and that can cause some dizziness. I was drinking some chicken bullion, full salt version, but it didnt help. Hopefully I will be back to normal soon.
