Roz is out of town with her girls this weekend so I will start this post.
It is quite grey here this morning but not as cold as it has been. Today is the one day without rain of the weekend so I am going to drive Halley early afternoon when it is the greatest possiblity of sun and no rain. Otherwise, paperwork.

I'm very much a non-cook. I buy the ones below and throw them in an oven on a baking tray and just set the timer for 25 minutes as per the pack. ;-)

Hope you get to take advantage of the non-rainy day. It's almost a law here in Belgium where it rains (or is crummy) most of the time. Nice days are few and far between and we feel obligated to make the most of them!
