How I did yesterday and plan for today
I ended up at about 1200 calories yesterday. I added some cottage cheese and some fruit. I also had some taco meat and cheese. I figure it's ok to go up on the calories for yesterday just because it was all protein with the exception of the fruit ( which I have to do occasionally to ensure i go to the bathroom )
Today this is the food plan:
Breakfast: My usual Scoop and a half of protein powder mixed with coffee. 45 grams of protein.
Lunch:Bumble Bee chicken salad with cracker ( I know I shouldn't have the crackers but I need something to mellow out the taste of the chicken salad ) 9 Grams of protien
Dinner: Microwaveable White castle cheese burger sliders ( About 1 and a half ) 11 grams of protein
Snack: Scoop and a half of protein powder with coffee. 45 grams of protein.
Comes out to 1040 calories and 110 grams of protein.
With the shakes I get 32 oz of water. I have a 24 oz of water in one water bottle at work and a 16 oz bottle of water at work ( By the way I can not STAND crystal light :( ) and a 16 oz bottle of water after work... maybe more if I can handle it. but without it, if I did my math correctly, Is 72 oz of water. With the extra bottle of water I'm up to 88 oz of water. I know that is a little short for my 100 oz so I am going to have to work on that but one baby step at a time.
I know you guys have a post for daily food BUT I usually post around 4:30 am so NO ONE in their right mind is up this early to start the thread LOL. So that leaves me with a thread of my own.

I only stayed away form carbs and made sure I got 120 grams of protein a day...never counted calories.

My tracker counted calories and I think I was in the 1000 range. but I was only interested in carbs and protein. I kept losing as long as my carbs were less than 30net and protein around 120.

the Miles and menus post is usually up around noon so why don't you just post to the day before. Yeah, it will be a day off but the accountablity is the important part, not what day it is. Most of us go back and adjust what we have posted to what we really ate anyway.
