We are so lucky to have such a beautiful country.  DD and I just love to drive and look at things. In September we drove to North Carolina and spent some time in West Virginia.

B left over garden fish

L left over Napa Chicken from Applebees

S greek yogurt with raisins, walnuts and bran buds

D meatloaf, kale, maybe some potato maybe not

S popcorn

 

miles nope, fluids 7 cups so far, vites yes, numbers good

Hi guys,
Tomorrow I'll be starting a week long low carb challenge.   If you'd like to join in the rules are under 50 carbs a day, mostly protein shakes and low carb food. No more popcorn, CarbSmart ice cream and very limited peanuts for me.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
2nd B - bacon and egg
S - protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - edamame
​S - cheese and Scoops
D - fish nuggets and tossed salad
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending
