Roz is still on her Cheerleading trip so we will hope she is well and having a great time.

It is grey here but not suppose to rain until the afternoon so I will probably try to sneak in a drive with a pony or 2 before the rains come.  No clue about what I am eating today so I will have to fill that in as the day progresses.  I need to start cooking for our trip.  I want to take some frozen soup and chili with us next week so we don't end up eating out all the time.  Gina, was your trip to Massanutten?  We leave on Sat and am hoping for good weather so we can enjoy the outdoors.

decaf protein coffee  33g
eggbeaters, cheese, kale
hot chocolate protein 30g
lamb chop, squash

DD and her signficant other went last year and loved it.  They did a lot of hiking, caving and went into DC one day because he had never been.  I've nevr been to Williamsburg and think we may do that.

We are leaving Sat to go to Lynchburg Va to see my sister, then on to the resort on Sunday.  DD will come from Cleveland on Wed.  We will head home on Sunday.

It's just been drizzling here off and on.  I took Halley out for a drive around the neighborhood and was going to work with Teke but the mist got more like rain and I came in.  My butt still isn't right and the damp doesn't help.

Price you sound so organized preparing for your trip.  I usually work out what I'm having when I get somewhere... well I took protein powder and protein bars with me on my last hol but that was about it ;-)

I had a lazy day today.  The most effort was cooking a roast and the chicken already came in a foil dish so that was within my culinary capability, he he.

B Decaff protein coffee 30
S Yogurt 5
L Roast chicken (yum) 30
S Decaff protein coffee 30
D Left over oven roast chicken 30

Protein: 125
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 calcium batches) night time strontium batch pending

I usually don't do more than protein and protein bars but this time since we are driving and there will be DS and DD, I figure I need to make some plans.  I don't want to be eating out the whole time or cooking.  We will do a buffet at the resort for Thanksgiving dinner.  No way I am attempting that without my own kitchen.

Roast chicken sounds good.  I love the ones from the store.

Sounds like you are going to have a very nice trip indeed.  I've never been to that part of the US (besides D.C.).  Someday in the near future I hope we can bring our boys over and take a driving tour of the east cost from top to bottom!

Lazy Sundays are the best :)

B:  Protein yogurt =38g

 L:  Cottage cheese = 10g

S:  3 slices of Turkey + 2 slices of cheddar = 20g

S:  Protein Ice tea = 23g

D:  3 bean chili = 20g

No real miles - unless laundry and ironing count!  All my vitamins and tons of water.

Great menu

We took an RV and went to Maine a couple of years ago.  We have been trying to see more of the USA but man, we are a big country.  The east coast is great but there are so many areas I want to explore.

I would love to see more of Europe.  I have been to England and France but there is so much more there to see too.

The first time I brought my (now) husband to the US we drove (ok, I drove he didn't even have his license then!) from Eugene, Oregon up through Washington to Vancouver, then down through Idaho, Utah, Nevada, crossing back to California and then driving down the Coastal Highway to Mexico.  It took us 6 weeks and I drove over 11,000 miles.  We camped at Sate parks and the occasional Motel 6 :)  He took over two rolls of film of tumble weeds as we crossed the dessert.  He is from the center of France- farm country and had never seen a dessert before.  He still talks about that trip 22 years later as if it was last summer!   He dreams of landing in NY and renting an R.V. and driving it across the US until we reach my family in San Francisco.  Our boys are not too sure about a US adventure that takes place in an RV!

I hope you get to come back to Europe sometime.  The Belgians are horse riding fanatics!  Most woman I know here Ride with a capitol R! They sell more ponies in the toy shops than dolls I'd wager!
