Happy Friday!! We have competition on Saturday and Sunday and I won't have internet. Can someone please start M&M for me. I will be back on Monday.
Well yesterday's Dr. appt. did not go as planned. I stopped at K-mart before going back to work to buy some Vaseline and pads because I was so sore and while standing in line I went to my knees. My tongue and mouth were numb, my head felt like it was going to explode and I was shaking uncontrollably. My DD said my speech was broken up and slurred. The lady in front of me got me into a chair and the lady behind me paid for my things......I wish I knew who they were so I could thank them. DD#1's office is right next door so it only took seconds for her to get there. She called the Dr. and he insisted she bring me to his office so he could check me out first. Apparently I had a bad reaction to one of the meds he put in my bladder. I've found that since I lost all of this weight I am a lot more sensitive to meds. After my Pulse and blood pressure stabilized he had DD take me to the hospital to have an EKG done. I'm at work today but I still have a really bad headache and just feel a little off.

Wow, I would have been so scared with all that happening. Glad it was "just" a drug interaction not a stroke or a heart attack. I have had interactions with some drugs and nothing with most. I know I am really sensitive to pain killers and anatheseia. Hope your headache is better soon.
I am moving better today and have just about full range with my shoulder. I hope to be able to drive a pony again tomorrow. Not exercising is killing me but I just can't do the up and down part well. I am also up on the scale from just sitting around (or my butt is swollen, LOL) Once I am up, I walk pretty well. Just don't know about bouncing in a carriage on my sore butt.

Thanks Price....I appreciate it!!! We are staying in Pittsburgh over night because the competitions are at 2 different venues and we have to be there by 7:30 each morning. They probably have internet but I don't want to worry about it. I'm glad you getting around better! I hope there isn't any long term complications.
I think I was to sick to be terrified but my DD was still upset in the evening. With DH being in Iowa hunting I had to call her.
I'm not allowed chocolate but I'm thinking once my bladder calms down that I can probably have some occassionally.

Yikes, that sounds scary. I'm just so glad that they figured out what caused it so quickly and that people took care of you at the store... things like that restore your faith in humanity a bit.

Woops, low protein day today... I just wasn't feeling hungry which is VERY unusual for me. I'll try and do a couple of shakes tomorrow and that should make sure I do better. At least I got over 150g protein yesterday (I was a munch monster, which may account for the lack of appetite today).

Your Protein total is still at a good range but your body is probably used to the high range you usually take in. Maybe later in the day you will feel like another shake.

Yikes is right! That sounds very scary indeed. I am glad your DD was close by and that the folks in line gave you a helping hand.
Today was a very tense day for me and my intake is low accordingly. Tomorrow is another day....
