I did a few days of 3 mph alternating with 4 mph using my seconds pro app, it was all good. About 20 min total with warm/cool included.
A few days ago I decided to go faster 3 mph alternating with 5 mph ..... BAD IDEA. I aggravated my SI joint that I had pinned in JUNE and now it hurts 24/7! hope it will go away again, then I will get back to the slower pace.
