Feeling pretty good with my results. Need figure out though how much to cut back on b12, and b complex.

Iron is much better, thank goodness.

PTH, normal but is it ok?

I still love seeing a normal A1C. So thankful! And good cholesterol numbers too! and normal triglycerides. Love my tool!

Normal blood counts, no more anemia! Thank goodness for ferrousforte and uterine ablation!

Chemistries were all normal except for a low creatinine of .58 and a low alkaline phosphatase of 39.

Alt 45 and ast 28, back to normal.

b12 >2000 been doing 5000 mcgs 3 to 4 times a week sublingual

folate >20 been doing b complex 100 daily, plus there are b vites in my ferrous forte

No ferritin, not sure why, since I was having issues.

Iron 130  taking ferrousforte daily

TIBC 313

Transferrin saturation 42

PTH 32

Vit D 73.6    take 10,000 units daily except for sundays take 50,000

I would cut the 5000 B12 and 100mg B-complex back to once a week.
PTH and D3 look pretty good. PTH may get better but it's quite nice now. Keep doing what you're doing. Lower PTH is better, if that's the question. 32 is very good.
Iron serum looks good. It would be nice to see ferritin though. How were hematocrit and hemoglobin? Near top of the ranges?

Good job!
