Sunday Weigh In
I've been gone so much I have no clue what I was last Sunday but since I am a daily weigher when I am home, I'm assuming I was around 127 and was again today.
Tues is a body scan again at the gym and I am interested to see where I stand. I'm a couple of pounds heavier than I was 6 months ago but hopefully at least some of it is muscle.
66 yrs young, 4'11" hw 220, goal 120 met at 12 months, cw 129 learning Maintainance

I don't see where I posted last week, but I remember what it was because it was 1 pound above my maximum allowed weight!

131.5 this morning
I'm trying to get back on track and stop the night time snacking. I need to get back to 126 or 126.5 or even lower, but that is the weight I would like to stay around. I did walk a couple of days last week.
