Good for you.
Maybe check it with the known weight of something like a 5 lb bag of sugar/flour/etc if you have one?

146.4 last week
146 this week
I weigh daily so its nice to look at my weekly progress by posting here.
Hoping to hit 140 by Christmas. that would put me within BMI. As much as I am happy where I am, I would still like to get there, so I am going to keep my calories around 1200 and see what happens.

Last week 106.6
This week 108.2
Up 1.6. This is the highest I have been in over 2 years. I have been watching what I eat and it is honestly the same as it has been all along so I assume this is the famous bounce back they talk about. I guess it's taken me by surprise since I expected it a while ago and I thought I had passed the danger point. One thing I have noticed is that my clothes are fitting the same as always. I had a couple of things that felt a little snugger but were wearable but all in all if I wasn't weighing myself I wouldn't have thought I had any gain, which makes me realize how I was able to be in denial before when I regained. At first it really doesn't feel any different. I figured out the reason it freaks me out now is this is the first time I have ever been weighing myself when I have gained weight. In the past my inclination was to avoid the scale as soon as I saw it going up, which made it very easy to keep denying what was happening.
All in all I am comfortable at this weight and have no desire to lose any more. It is just a matter of getting used to seeing a higher number then I have for the last 2 years. I hope it doesn't go up uncontrollably and I soon settle in to a new normal. As long as my clothes are fitting and I feel good I am just going to let it go and see what my body does.
It really is good advice to go as low as you can so that the bounce back won't bite you in the ass. Even though it really wasn't intentional I am glad I have that cushion. As far as where I wind up, again I am watching my body but in my mind I am thinking of an upper limit and right now I think 120-125 with me cutting back if I get to the top of the range.
