I hope you increased your calories with "Good" Protein. Increasing with Protein for 3 or 4 days and then dropping back down usually breaks a stall.

Good luck with the stall. I just got through a month long stall myself and it finally broke this week thank goodness. I love My fittness pal. It keeps me on track even when I get discouraged. I really like flavored basalmic vinegars for salads. Yummy! Have even used a little maple basalmic on a pork tenderloin in a crock pot and it was so good. I count the amounts of the vinegars in MFP and they are usually pretty low in carbs since It is such a small amount.
