I had a protein shake this morning. Have to drink it cold mixed with coffee cuz this brand curddles heated up. YUCK!!! I'm having a blueberry wheat muffin for snack ( need my fiber ) lunch I'm having a chef salad with eggs in it. I don't use a lot of dressing. I'm having roast for dinner and a protein shake for snack. I have upped my calories for a few weeks to see if that breaks my stall because I'm going on a month long stall. Tomorrow is my week 26. So Wed is my six month point. I'm hoping that this stall breaks soon. I'm going to start walking after work to see if that helps. Money has been so tight I have to post pone my y membership.

I Know I've been writing sparatically but I have been so busy with school work and regular work that I just haven't had the time. I'm behind also on my youtube video. I have to update today. I hope I have time later cuz if not it will have to wait until tomorrow.

Planning ahead is really important and will help you, I'm sure.

don't know what protein you are using but I have never had one curdle when I mix it with warm water, then add it to the hot coffee.

If it is a store bought muffin, be careful.  they are usually loaded with fat and sugar.  My best way to get fiber in is in my greens but I also make a flax muffin.  1/4c ground flax, 1/4t baking powder, 2 pks sweetner, 1/2t cinnamon, 1 egg.  Mix together in a large mug and nuke for 1 minute.

I have posted this before to you,but the wheat muffin and things like it are likely causing your stalls. I know you don't want to hear it...IMHO,you are in denial about food choices and don't want to give up everything you want. I understand, trust me.
You appear to be giving yourself excuses to eat carbs, like "you need fiber". Well yes,we do,but fiber can be gotten from a fiber pill that has no carbs.

From someone who has tried to give herself every excuse in the book, you need to get real with yourself. It is hard to do and I am right there with you,so not judging, just trying to be real.

You ne ver respond to my posts like is,so I know you are in denial but maybe these posts will help someone else see the big. Picture even if. They don't help you see the big picture. It doesn't hurt my feelings that you don't respond . My advice is for you and everyone *****ads this thread.

Planning equals success. Keep up the good work! and walking is great and Free!!!

Good luck, stalls are the worst.

I think being aware of refined carbs and how often you eat them might break your stall. I use benefiber in my drinks to help add fiber.

I mix my protein with water or milk thoroughly then pour it into my hot coffee.  That usually works and doesn't make it curdle.

Planning is so important so that you don't have to just grab something that you shouldn't have.  Good for you!!

Do you put your food into anything like MyFitnessPal or LiveStrong?  Sometimes that really helps to see what you are actually getting in for the day.  Not just looking at calories, but looking at protein, carbs, fat, sugars.
