50lbs gone in 4 months - and I'm a lightweight!

Enjoy this time. Stalls are normal especially at this point.  I experienced MANY and that lost 20 pounds was painfully slow.  Keep on keeping on and adding a shake should help.

Congratulations on the 50 pounds!!

I agree with others, add a protein drink in.  My NUT is against them too, but it really has made a difference in my weight loss and maintenance.  I would also agree to try and stay away from the bad carbs, the only thing they are going to do is slow you down or help you gain....I wish I had never tried them again.

Good Job on the 50 lb. loss!!!!!!

Increase your Protein for 3 or 4 days and then drop back down to what you are taking in now.  As time goes on though I think you should up your Protein (with good Protein) to over 100g per day.
