I would really like to get my body fat tested but haven't figured out where around here to get it done.
B open face egg, cheese, veggie, turkey bacon sandwich on ww toast
L veggie salad with chicken, hardboiled egg, turkey bacon, sunflower seeds
S low fat ricotta cheese, frozen berries
D taco meat in ww wrap with salsa
S popcorn
Vites yes, miles no, fluids working on it, numbers good

2nd breakfast 1 hard boiled egg and 2 slices of bacon ( I cant resist when I am at work, its so crispy!)
L about 3 oz of steak with salad and ranch dressing

D small pork loin chop and some salad with italian dressing
Vites done except for bedtime iron
Fluids 52 oz so far
Miles, none just work
