Happy Sunday!
Good morning LW's!
Hope all is well. Sipping some protein coffee before I head off to work. Up too early today.
The wind is here is blowing something fierce! I had a big maple in the backyard that has just been gorgeous with the leaves turning is bare this morning.
I also been thinking about the Phillipines, sending prayers out to them.
Love this surgery, for lunch today I am finishing my dinner from last night. My husband calls me a cheap date these days.
Sending you all light and love!
Maria

Good morning.
The sun is out but it is chilly here. Most of the leaves are gone. Last day by my lonesome, the guys come home tonight. I'm going to walk Thor, drive Halley, make peminto cheese with the few little ones from my garden and get some paperwork done. May go to Zumba if it warms up enough early to drive and get there by 2. I still don't have my timing down on these short days.

Lovely day here in the mountains. Chilly but bright and windy! I am heading to Europe in a week and am very excited. Must get very organized with protein and vitamins. Am a little nervous food wise even this far out as I still dont eat sugar, bread, or pasta and a lot of my trip is in Italy! being 1/2 italian and no pasta is going to be interesting to say the least. No gelato either! Still worth it....feel so blessed to have my current health!!
Happy Fall...
Jennifer
Thanks Maria. I love cold cuts and tolerate them pretty well and often, when bread is the only option...just order it with the meat and throw the bread away. I LOVED bread and pasta and really havent wanted to "rock the boat" and prefer to just believe that a don't tolerate it. I LOVE salami and hope to have some. I have wanted to go on this trip for ages and booked it a year ago....we start in Rome (where I have never been) and travel throughout Italy, and then Austria, Switzerland, Paris and one night in London. I have been to several of these places before but not since I was a teenager. I am excited!!!
