Just exhausted!!!

I'm still stalled. i thought the stall was breaking but it was just my scale playing games iwth me. I'm back to 180 where before the stall I was 179. So I'm still stalled at 3 or 4 weeks now. I can't stand it. I'm so frustrated. I don't know what to do to get back on track. Should I raise my calories or lower them again? I'm getting in 750 calories a day right now. What should I do? I just wnat to get back to the loosers bench and I don't know how.

Please don't be frustrated.    Try raising your calories for a couple of days and stepping up your exercising also.   Change things up some if your doing the same thing.    750 calories seems kind of low to me.    Up them to about 1000 calories for a few days and also increase your exercise.   If your drinking other things to get in your fluids instead of water.....drink water only for a few days and then drop your calories for a day or so and see if this doesn't shake that stall up and break it.     Good luck and please don't get frustrated.

Thnks was looking for some kind of guidance and i'm going to try what you suggested. Starting today. I'm gonna up my calories. THe day before yesterday I was above on my calories because i was sick and ate a lot of crackers. But I'm going to raise those calories again and see how that does.

Our bodies do strange stuff and you have been sick and stressed so you can blame some of it on that.  If you are really counting every bite, yes, 750 is low.  Up your calories with GOOD stuff, protein, etc not junk.  Add in another cheese stick and a cup of greek yogurt.  Is your protein around 100?  net carbs less than 50?  fluid around 90oz a day?  that is the place to start.
