Apples have always given me heartburn so I know I have to stay away from them.  I haven't been to a Dillards for years.  I'll have to check and see if we have any local outlets.

DD is taking me to a Hibachi restaurant for dinner.  DH won't ever go to places like that.

All day meeting today with a catered lunch  did pack a couple snacks, but ate too much volume at lunch, which unfortunately  dit in my sleeve.  So my calories a little too high.today.

My capacity seems to have gone up a bit, which is ok for meals i make at home or pack because i weigh and measure everything,and only eat my pre planned amount, but eating out i have to really watch, because i am not getting full as fast.  The quiche, soup and salad for lunch slid right down.

B egg, turkey bacon, ww toast

S almonds

L tiny piece quiche, salad, half cup wedding soup

S kashi go lean

D Chili, orange

miles hour long walk, vites yes, fluids 12 cups, calories too high, carbs and protein good

Funny thing is my restriction was really strong last week. We were eating alot of turkey and chicken that week.  i think too many slider foods.this week.  Even though i don't overeat when everything is planned out, and i am satisfied, makes me nervous.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 .  .

Even at 4 years out I have tight days and days I could almost eat anything.  It is usually based on how I eat the previous couple of days.  Sometimes it depends on how I start my morning.  If I start with a Protein Drink then I seem to be tighter.
