SIck!!!
Throwing up, even after six months, is terrible!!! I was throwing up all morning yesterday :( I'm still feeling a little off today but I'm hoping today is better. I went way over my calories yesterday because I was eating tons of crackers and chicken noodle soup. The crackers kill you!!! This morning I used half of a scoop of body fortress proteing mixed with some cocoa wheats. Not the packets but the stuff that you have to add sugar to. That stuff I love. I use sweetner and mixed with the protein it tastes just wonderful and leaves me with 18 g of protein in one serving.
I don't know if I'm going to eat lunch at work because I really don't feel well but today is Thursday so I have to TRY to make it through. It's so rare that I get sick that I'm throwing up but yesterday was terrible. I hope I'm not like that today. AND I have no choice but to go to work tomorrow because I have a must have training tomorrow. I can't be at wor****il I finish the training. :( I wi**** were the weekend that I was sick cuz I don't want to be missing work. This has such an effect on me both physically and emotionally. I am bipolar and when i start missing work because of being sick it is easy to not want to go back.
Anyway, this is where I am. Sick and trying to get through it without missing work.
Hoping your are better today. One day of crackers won't kill you. Be sure to get your fluid in because dehydration can cause nauesa and it is a cycle.
