I have been faithfully taking my B12 and multivitamin but I just finally started taking my calcium!! I was having a difficult time with the chews that the bariatric center gave me and the big pills don't sit well but I got some mini's They are not so mini but they are at least a normal size. I ordered them off of amazon. I love amazon. Haven't been on there for a long time but I found my protein on there for an excellent price and I found the calcium. ( Not to mention, some christmas presents ) I'm glad I've started taking it. It puts my mind at ease. Now if I can just start getting my weight loss moving again :D

Sleeves have a little more leaway but I'm glad you found something that works for you.  I love the Bariatric advantage chews but they are expensive so I use them just for treats and plan on getting my major calcuim from pills.  Luckily, I haven't had any problems with big pills.

I admit that I balk every time I have to take a calcium dose.  It is the only pill I have to take one at a time and I have gagged and choked more then once.  They are the store brand calcium citrate because I get them so cheap.  When they are having a buy one, get one sale plus 10% off on seniors day it is about $3.50 a bottle of 200 I think.  If money wasn't an issue I would take all chews because I dread taking those damn pills but then I remember the Reclast infusions I've had and the DEXA scans that showed osteoporosis and I suck it up and choke them down.  Truly the thing I hate worse about taking supplements.  The others I can just toss back and take in one swallow but these beasts are horrendous.  Reminds me of a time I got a great deal on Magnesium.  Yeah it was a great deal but they weren't coated and were literally impossible to take.  I had bought 4 bottles and I still have them hanging around after all this time.

I'm right there with you... and that's why i don't take my calcium 90% of the time.  I know I need to, but I choke on pills, big or small.
