Hi Everyone,

Roz is off today spending some time with her mom so she asked me to get us started.

I hope everyone is having a good week.  I am really trying to get back on track and get some of my regain back off.  For the ones still in the losing phase - DO NOT TRY BAD CARBS!!!  Stay away from them as long as you can.  They are so easy to add back to your diet and so hard to get back out of it.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  White Chicken Chili - 1 cup

D:  Baked pork chop, 1/2 cup turnip greens

Miles:  Walked 1 3/4 miles at lunch today

Looks good Price.  I love vienna sausage, but it has been a while since I have eaten them.  DH buys them, but he puts hot sauce all over them.

Hope you get to play some tomorrow!!

I used to eat the nuked pepperoni all the time as a snack.  I had forgotten about it.

Do you not do protein drinks anymore?

Mostly no - once in awhile I'll have one.  I've tried doing the protein coffee again, but it seems it curdles on me 50% of the time.  Then the desire for protein drinks goes away again.

I did bring some grapefruit nectar back from MI with me.
