This is where I belong, you all sound so awesome. I am scheduled for surgery on December 18th, I have a starting weight of 238 and a BMI of 40. I am post menopausal and have some concerns over the weight loss. I have tried so many times and failed. Theses forums are such a blessing for people who are just starting the journey. Thank you for accepting me into your team

This is the most supportive board ever and drama free with NO judgment.

My starting weight was 232 so I can relate. Good luck and read thru past posts and post with questions. The board has been quieter lately but there are lots of experienced folks on here so no answer is dumb. Good luck. WLS changed my life!
