DH and SIL are leaving on a hunting trip Thursday so DD#1 and her 2 little ones will be spending their nights at our house. They have a whole house alarm system but she still won't stay home alone.  I think whole week of sleepovers is going to wear me out....lol.

Is DH's Aunt having complications? 

I've been eating very bland food and cut out drinking Snapple.  Before WLS I got heartburn really bad when I drank flavored things and ate greasy spicy foods.  I'm thinking that if I cut out the drinks/foods that I know made me sick then I should some improvement. 

hahaha....I read your lunch and thought WOW I would be dumping and then I read your note at the end.

Can someone tell me what a protein coffee is?

Here's mine:

Protein Coffee
brew a pot of your favorite coffee - we like chocolate raspberry (you can also brew chai tea and use in place of coffee)

In a 20 oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 2 oz of heavy whipping cream and 2 oz of cool water, or 4 oz of half & half, a packet of Truvia or Splenda, a couple of dashes of cinnamon, and a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder.
Shake about 5 seconds to blend
Pour the protein slurry into a huge mug and fill to the top with coffee
Sir to blend and enjoy! 

If you are watching your fat grams, substitute unsweetened soy or skim milk.

Always add hot liquid to cold protein slurry to keep the protein from clumping. 

Always check the ingredients of a protein powder before you buy it to ensure the first ingredient listed is whey protein isolate. Don't trust the splashy label on the front.

Yes, I got into the candy, and had a sugar issue.  Yes, I should have known better.  I also had breaded chicken nuggets for dinner.  Probably NOT a good combo. 

B - coffee

L - leftover roast beef

D - Buffalo Wild Wings boneless chicken (about 4)

S - candy... 

Vits:  yes

water:  low as usual

 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
