wow! haven't posted in here for years!
good to see Roz and Major Mom still here...does anyone know where to find that "re-set" diet? to make a long story short, i lost close to 100lbs with my surgery in Oct. 2008, and got down to 130ish...maintained for a while, then had a baby in May 2011. lost my job in the pregnancy process, and since i've been home with her, i've packed on 30lbs!! i have no one to blame but myself, but between looking for a support group in my area, to trying to scramble to get back on the wagon, i'm not having too great of a time! i also lost my health insurance when i lost my job, so my levels very well might be completely out of whack...does anyone know of that diet i'm talking about, and where to find it?
Hi there!! I hope you're taking your vitamins and getting your protein even without labs to follow. What a mess to deal with, I'm sorry, but happy about your daughter. : )
I think if you search 5-day pouch test, you might find what you're looking for. Good to see you!

Welcome back. Congratulations on your baby!
Here is the link to the 5 day pouch test: http://5daypouchtest.com/
There are several on here who have tried it and had success. We would love for you to join us on Roz's Menus and Miles each day. It really helps me to stay accountable. Have you tried something like Myfitnesspal or some other system of tracking your foods?
Good luck. There are a lot of us in maintenance now.

Hey - welcome back! We're a week apart with our surgeries.
Sorry to hear about the job/insurance loss - but you gained a precious member of your family!
I've tried the 5 day pouch test, but typically try to stick low carb.
Maintenance is a struggle - WITHOUT getting pregnant!!
