Hi Roz! Hope your day was good.
It was Vivi's first birthday - and a birthday party to go with it. I ate crap.. literally. Stuff I normally wouldn't have touched.

S - those black/orange wrapped peanut butter candies - my absolute FAVORITE! I ate about 4 of them, nacho chips, some dip for the chips and I even got brave and ate some tortilla chips (a few, not a lot) and part of a pumpkin cupcake.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
