GOOD MORNING LW'S!!!! a partial nights sleep but it's better than none! Going to early church today and then off to the cheer gym for a day scoring. We fly a few judges in who look at all of the routines and make sure they score well. If they don't then DD has to make changes super fast because competition season starts in a few weeks. DGD's team is the first to perform and since I haven't seen it yet DH and I are super excited. She is only 5 but I hear she is clearly the best on the team....guess who told me that....haha.

I was afforded an extra hour today thanks to the clocks changing!! ;-) I'm going to try and get an early night though as this cold is now turning into a cough and I really want it gone before I go on holiday!! :-S

Our clocks turn back next week I think. My alarm clock must have it internally programmed because it reset today. They started the later change a few years ago and I think it was cause of Halloween - stays lighter just a little longer.
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Thanks for watching the video!!! It's the best level 5 team my DD has ever had and we are so excited for competitions to start. I think there are only 3 on the team who can't tumble but they are necessary for backspotting.
My DH has a terrible cough. I'm hoping he gets over it soon because he is going to IOWA hunting in a couple of weeks.
