Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!
GOOD MORNING LW'S!!!! I am up and raring to go! The pills my PCP gave me for cramping worked like a charm and I got the first nights rest I have had in months!!! I feel like a new woman this morning! I'm only going to take them at night because I wouldn't be able to function on the them during the day but also I don't want to mask the pain.
I'm taking my Mom to the Dollar Store today. Taking her there should take the pressure off because she can pick whatever she wants without me monitoring what everything costs.
I just placed my Matrix Mint Cookie order and I am confused about why I ran out so fast. I'm going to have to look around and see if I have a bag I haven't opened yet. DH might have put it somewhere.

So glad you slept well. Sleep is so important for all kinds of reason. I was just reading an article about how sleep flushes your brain for the stuff that causes dementia.
Mint cookie has less servings per container than other matrix products, it has a bigger scoop. So I always have to watch how fast I am using it in comparison to the others to be able to put in a big order.
I'm leaving this morning to go to SC for a club drive today, dinner tonight and drive again tomorrow. Luckily it will be warmer there, it is 24 here this morning. I'm taking both ponies. Halley really doesn't like the new pony Teke so we will see how they do away together.
No idea what my eats will be but I will try to make good choices. I have packed protein, protein bars, and cheese sticks and my contibution to the dinner is a salad.

I had such a better day since I got some sleep. I am still cramping but I was able to deal with it better.
I have looked everywhere for the Protein. I haven't had a chance to ask DH yet but I am guessing I must have my dates wrong for when I ordered it last.
Sounds Good!
