Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!

Good Morning LW's!!!!    Do you all have any idea how often I think of you during the day?  You are such an important part of my life.  Sometimes I talk about you to my family and they think I am crazy because "officially" I have never met you (except Jody for a quick dinner).  You would think after 5 years of me talking about you all that they wouldn't look at me like I am crazy and ask who's that....like I have imaginary friends. By the time I am old and really do have imaginary friends they will think I am sane ...lol

I was really sick during the night.  The cramping after I got up and went to the bathroom was so bad I thought about going to the ER but then I thought what are they going to do for me at 2am.  All of tests that they might even consider running are all negative and they wouldn't call in an Urologist at that time of the night.

Oh Roz, that really sucks.  I'm so sorry you're going through all this - I just wish you had some clue as to what you're dealing with.

My diet is getting like ground hog day.  My upcoming holiday will break all this up, but I know I'll struggle to get in enough fat and then I'll have to commit carbicide (to help move things along that is)!! :-S  I'm gonna pack some coconut milk but I guess the merry-go-round will go on!!

Aw, Roz.  It's time to figure out what this is and get it fixed.  It really does sound like kidney stones and I know they have ruled that out but I sure do hope they find it soon.

I walked Thor early this morning.  It was 34, burr.  Then the farrier, now waiting for DH to help me with getting the trailer ready to bring 2 ponies this weekend to our club drive.  then a meeting, and so on and so on.

this weekend is also the fiber fair at the Ag Center.  Halley's owner is coming because she also has sheep and is bringing wool to sell.  She will be staying here over the weekend so I have the ribs and potatoes in the crockpot so after everything else, I can go help her get her booth set up.  Then tomorrow, I will shop and hopefully find good deals on yarn to knit for the rest of the year.

decaf protein coffee  33g
eggbeaters, cheese, kale
hot chocolate protein  30g
burger patty, green beans
lemon tea protein  13g
??
pork ribs, greens
protein shake  33

YEP...the CT scan said no kidney stones and no diverticulitis. I'm getting the feeling since the the major things are ruled out that my pain and cramping isn't a concern to them.

I really don't know how you keep everything straight and keep up to it all!!!  But then I guess people ask us how we can go on cheer trips with our DD and 300 screaming emotional  girls and it's because we love it!

Sounds Good!

You are right, you make time and do the things you love.  I love caring for the ponies.  It sure takes much more time than actually riding or driving them.

I remember the day I met Jody by the turnpike.  My DH and DD were so upset that I was meeting a perfect stranger all by myself....LOL.

Sounds Yummy Gina!
