Menus and Miles Wed. Oct. 23rd

Went to my sleep center and was told to stop using my CPAP for 2 weeks and see how I feel and report back to them. I have only slept 2 nights without in 2 1/2 years, don't know if I can fall asleep without it now.
B eggs n Oats/pumpkin walnut
S beef jerky, apple
l half tuna sandwich, peppers
S Greek yogurt, half banana, bran buds
D pork chop, broccoli
S maybe some popcorn
miles kettle bells, vites-still out of calcium, fluids 11 cups so far, protein carbs and calories good
It probably is really hard to make a change like that. My DH really needs a CPAP machine!! He tried it for a couple of nights and threw it across the floor. Sometimes I just wait for him to breathe. All the begging and threatening in the world won't convince him.
