Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!

Happy over the Hump Day!!  Meeting DD#3 and GS's at Wendy's for lunch. Do I get the chili or a salad?  I'm guessing when I get there I will go with the chili so that's what I posted.

My Urine test came back negative.  The next step trying to figure out why I have been sick is running some tests on my bladder but they can't do it until Nov. 5th.

Gee - normal is "good" but it still doesn't tell you why you don't feel good!

Get the chili - I find it sticks with me better and longer than salads.  I don't eat salad all that often unless it has some good protein on it.

Cold here again today.  My sinuses started draining yesterday and I have a very sore throat.  I think it was a combo of the cold air coming in the house (replacing exterior doors) and all the dust and crap that was released when the doors came out.  Lots of insulation that had to be thrown out.  Living on Zyrtec D for now.

May get to the chiro this afternoon.  My back is feeling better but still need to get adjusted.  Hopefully it will stay better.

B - coffee

L - 3 pieces of bacon and the insides of chicken pot pie (made this for dinner last night and have the leftover filling) which is basically soup with chicken in it.

D - not sure.

Vits;  yes

I got the chili and even bought one for tomorrows lunch.

Sorry you aren't feeling well.  Hopefully the meds will give you some relief.  I HATE a stuffed up head cold and they always seem to get worse at bed time.

I bet your doors looks nice. Did you get the interior ones painted?  Painted or varnish?

Looks like a good start!

Night time is the worst.  I have been trying not to drink before I go to bed so I have been getting up 2 times instead of 4.  I don't mind getting up but the cramps are pretty bad and it takes me awhile to get back to sleep. It's a lot easier to deal with during the day.

Tunisia...that sounds like a far away exotic place to me.  Business or Pleasure.  Can you drive or do you fly.  My 5 yr. old grandson knows all of his continents and countries on the maps but I am clueless. My  DD had him a World costume made for Halloween so I will have to ask him to show me where you live....LOL

Sounds Good!

Tunisia is in North Africa and we have the Mediterranean sea to traverse, so we'll be flying which takes less than 3 hours,

Having a bad night is the last thing you need when you have to go to work the next day.  I had rough couple of nights this weekend and I finally worked out it was because I didn't have my Greek yogurt.  I've now subscribed and saved to a probiotic through Amazon as it seems to make a real difference to me these days.
