We have some different challenges such as getting too small too fast. We were also flamed quite a bit on the Main Board until OH spilt up the groups. The big girls resented us for being smart enough to fix things before they got any further out of hand.

Welcome
One of the big things that seems to come up is lightweights *****ad about everyone losing 40 lbs the first month and wondering why they are losing slow when they aren't, the % are about the same.
We aren't going to lose 200lbs but we are likely to get to goal. And when we are there, we are going to be tiny. When you are tiny, it doesn't take many calories to support you and we have to be very careful in maintenance to prevent regain.

Yes I am struggling with old eating habits.
I can tolerate more sugar , so candy bars are being eaten ,cakes, chips, cookies.......smaller amounts but grazing all day long.
. I have gained 10 lbs. The gain doesn`t bother me AS much as my out of control eating, this is how I ate all my life to get to the weight I was.......And it bothers me that I am not healthy eating this junk. Something in my head makes me stop when the scale says 130.....I want to be 120 again........but right now the scale says 129 and it seems like my brain says stop eating so much junk, so I just eat less junk but it is still junk .
Maintenance is Hard!
I still dump (or fear) on sugar and fats. Nothing like I use to but I have to really watch. I never take more than a small bite or 2 of anything sweet.
10 lbs from your lowest? Did you go as low as your body wanted you to? I dropped to 103 but that was way to thin even for for me and when I look at pictures I look sickly. DH and DD#1 wasn't happy at all. I loved 112 but my body decided 119 was perfect for me I guess. So I have gained 16 from my lowest.
Doing Menus and Miles and posting on here every day has helped me stay on track. I am a grazer too but I try to make good choices. I still eat small portions more often. I think the other thing that has helped me is drinking 3 or 4 Protein drinks a day. I don't rely on food as my source of Protein and I rarely eat things like mashed potatoes, bread, pasta, etc. I just never let those habits back into my life. I eat a lot of plain popcorn to keep my hands busy.
You might have to quit the junk cold turkey and find better substitutes for them. if you need to graze.
