Menus and Miles Tuesday Oct. 22nd
I eat low fat cheese sometime but not always. Just depends on what I find on sale.
The new boy is 5, I think I am going to call him Teakie, like a teakie doll. His initials are TKE so it kind of fits. I have had Poppy since she was 5, 17 now. Halley is just on loan. I got her last year. She is 17 too.
Carrots are one of the higher calorie and carb veggies but lots of good fiber and vits so enjoy them if you do. I could eat peanut butter on almost anything.

I still measure EVERYTHING. So I measure out a tiny bit of lettuce, then fill the measuring cup with whatever veggies I have fresh. I love mushrooms especially. I then add 2 oz cold chicken or whatever protein I have left over, someimes I chop a hardboiled egg also. I like to add a tsp of sunflower seeds for crunch and very few calories. Like i said yesterday i use the newmans own asian sesame ginger dressing or ranch. Yummy. Out to eat I get salads alot, but only those without alot of added carby things. i like salmon and steak salad. Panera bread has some nice salads, they post the calories for them The half size for many of them are pretty nutritious and not too carby They have one now it is a turkey salad with wheatberries and feta.

I was wondering what kind of seeds I could use that wouldn't be too bad. I like croutons and Chinese noodles for crunch but I know those are not good choices. I remember liking kidney beans on my salad and that shouldn't be too bad (no different than all of the chili I eat) I checked out your dressing on line. Do you buy the FF? I just need to set my mind to ordering salads. I didn't like fluids before WLS and now I crave them Maybe this will work the same way.

S 100 calorie popcorn
miles elliptical, vites-still out of calcium, fluids--15 cups, carbs, protein, calories good
