Menus and Miles Monday Oct. 21st
Some of the girls are work use the Raspberry V. My goal is to find something I like! No matter what I buy has to be better than eating a grilled cheese or chicken strips. I do enjoy salads when I go to a salad bar but it could be the croutons and the Chinese noodles I put on them.....LOL. I like the crunch.
Are you staying all week instead of commuting? I think that would be a good idea. Good Luck!
Sounds Good!

I really like Newmans Own Asian Sesame ginger. It is a little sweet, but has very few calories, i can afford to put a whole tbsp on my salad. i either use that or a smaller amount of real ranch, sometimes I mix salsa and ranch dressing together.
B scrambled eggs with mushrooms and hummus, ww toast
S orange and beef jerky

That sounds different. I will have to pick up a bottle and try it. If I don't like it I know my SIL will use it. Is it oily? A TBSP doesn't sound like very much.
Sounds Good!

Roz - I'm NOT afraid of fat. If you keep your diet to proteins and fat, without carbs, it will work. Trust me...
B - 2 eggs, 2 pieces of low cal wheat toast
L - Don't think I ate lunch
D - my sister made a mexican casserole.. it was ok
Snack - some cashews
Vits; yep

You know Jody...I DO Trust you! What's it going to hurt to try it for a week or so. What I am doing now doesn't seem to be working. The scales have moved up a couple of pounds lately. So...you don't use low fat cheese etc? What do you eat on your salads?
To busy to eat lunch?

Nope - don't use low fat... I use regular Ranch dressing on my salads (or thousand island)
My eating isn't really according to the traditional clock. My breakfasts typically around 10ish, lunch around 2:30 or so on some days. Then perhaps a snack later. I DID do some snacking yesterday (pickle bologna). I met my DD for Target shopping yesterday after 1:30, so that got me out of the house and out of the frig!! My sister made dinner, it was a taco bake. Was good but upset me a little.
I have found low-fat tends to increase the sugars. I've had the FF creamer for coffee, and besides NOT liking the taste, it has more sugar/carbs in it.
