The muffins were a mix that I added ground flax and wheat germ and powdered milk to make the healthier at least.

the pony's registered name is Tulipking Esperanto.  I am still thinking about what we will actually call him.  He gets here tomorrow.

TulipKing for a boy? That sounds a little crazy....LOL.  I'm sure they had a reason for it.  What color is he?

the breeder/farm name is TulipKing.  His other business is bulbs from Holland.  And each of his ponies is named after a tulip, hence the Esperando.  Yeah, he diffenately needs a nick name.  He is a dark bay (brown), no white.

I figured the tulip must stand for something. I didn't have any idea what the second name was...lol.  My friend just planted 250 bulbs.  I've always wanted to do that but never seem to find the time or ambition. I can't wait for spring pictures of her tulips coming up.

Hi Roz

I eat out a LOT and almost ALWAYS bring a box home and eat it.  I found lately that a cup of soup is enough. But most the time I still order a meal or eat off a friends' plate (yep - still do that).

I drove back to MI today and had NO restriction - which means I KNEW I had to be careful.  Didn't work real well.. Honestly though, I think what "hunger" I did feel was really irritation.

B - sausage gravy on wheat toast and coffee

L1 - Starbucks kinda skinny pumpkin latte and a turkey/cheese/cucumber sandwich on wheat

L2 - KFC tenders

D - pot roast (didn't eat much at all)

Vites  yes

Water:  low, but did take some ice tea with me and drank that one the way, in addition to the coffees

I would rather have soup than anything else.  I think I could eat Wendy's chili or Kings Veg. Beef every day of the week.  I think I need to go back to eating from DH's plate.  I think the next time I will just have him order a bigger steak.

Traveling, Parties, Fairs, picnics etc.  used to mean EAT and I remember early out I could do those things, make good choices, not do taste tests, enjoy the company etc. but now I have the urge to eat again and some of the old feelings like Party means EAT are starting to come back. The bad things is when I give in I don't even enjoy the food but by then it is too late because I have already consumed the calories.
