Thank you for all you do for us lightweights and for your commitment to your health. You are one of the people I look up to and who gives me hope that I can do this, too. And I love your warning on the daily menu thread! Carbs will slow down your weight loss and lead to regain. Thanks for always reminding us of what we need to do.

Did you have trouble with the probiotics when you first started taking them? I have terrible gas and I have been running to the bathroom.
