5 YEAR SURGIVERSARY!!!!
5 years....It's hard to believe! I just went back and read what I wrote when I was 1 year out and besides having a few birthday's there have only been a few changes.
I still LOVE my RNY!! I still wear a size 4P!! Still love my WL's and count on them for encouragement!! Still drink my Protein Drinks!! Still eat small frequent meals!! Still take my vitamins and supplements!!
Even with loose skin and wrinkles that use to be filled in with excess fat....I WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING!!!!!!!
Below is a picture taken before my WLS...I was almost as wide as all 3 of my girls.... And then a picture from my DD's wedding in August. I just wanted to show off my Beautiful DD and Handsome SIL.
