Hi Roz,
I feel like I've been gone forever. I am having a hard time getting my head above water these days. DH's aunt is going home tomorrow so they will give me a little more time at lunch and when I get off work. I really need to get back to some type of exercise. I have had a really bad eating day today, but am going to post it anyway...

Glad to hear DH's Aunt is doing well enough to go home.
Skipping your exercise might be the reason you seem stressed. DD#2 says that when she exercises she makes better food decisions.
