I know what you mean I finally got caught up from being on vacation

B greek yogurt with cranberries and bran buds

S cheese stick rolled in ham 

L pork chop, squash, cauliflower

S hardboiled egg and apple

D tuna rolled up in flat out

S piece ww toast, almond butter

vites yes, miles elliptical, fluids 3 liters, carbs, calories and protein good

Hi Roz,

I feel like I've been gone forever.  I am having a hard time getting my head above water these days.  DH's aunt is going home tomorrow so they will give me a little more time at lunch and when I get off work.  I really need to get back to some type of exercise.  I have had a really bad eating day today, but am going to post it anyway... 

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

S:  Slice of Chocolate Pound Cake
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Carbquik Biscuit, Pork Tenderloin, 1/2 slice Reduced Fat Pepperjack Cheese

S:  During the day I had several mini candy bars
S:  Veggie Straws
D:  2 BBQ chicken wings, brocolli casserole, potato salad
S:  Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink

It looks even worse since I typed it...

Glad to hear DH's Aunt is doing well enough to go home. 

Skipping your exercise might be the reason you seem stressed. DD#2 says that when she exercises she makes better food decisions.  

I'm glad you posted your Menu!  Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
