WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Half way through the month already.....time goes way to fast!!! Today is a catch up day. It feels like I have been posting last weeks work for hours. By the end of the day I might have a clean desk and an empty IN box....YEAH!

Mmm... roast chicken, I may have to do that soon. Not the most protein today, but I'm still recovering from having too much SF custard - mentally rather than physically I'm happy to report!! ;-)

WOW...you must have really over did it with the custard! Linda E. gave me a recipe for Cup Lemon Pie using Carbquik that I want to try but I have to wait until I have a really low carb day.

It's ok but I realized I have had the same container for 3 yrs so it must not be too wonderful. It does up the protein when you are making some quickie soup.

Tons of water and all vitamins in = 2 hours at gym so i'm pooped!
Apparently DH left his underware in the basket to long because he said the 1 1/2 yr. old GS was walking around with some on his head...lol.
