Happy Autumn!

I know I have been mia, but still been lurking.

Sitting here sipping my pumpkin spiced protein coffee, enjoying the morning.

Its cold here this morning in northeast Ohio. The leaves are turning amazing colors and I love the smell in the air from the dry leaves. My trusty lab, Buddy, really starts acting like a puppy again without the heat to slow him down.

Both my boys went to homecoming this year, they grew up way too fast! We were just in preschool, or so I thought! lol

glad you are doing well.  I've started walking with Thor, my JRT and it has been good for both of us.  The leaves are slower here and were slower in Ky last weekend.  Hopefully we will have a pretty year.  They are just starting here.

Great to hear from you!!!   I love looking at all of the homecoming pictures on FB and I wonder when did  all of the kids grew up.  In my mind they are still babies....LOL.

It is good to hear from you.  I have not been able to be on here lately as much as I like.  It sure helps me with my accountability, but life has just been so busy lately.

I saw the pictures on Facebook.  Wow, time goes by so fast, you blink your eyes and they are grown.

Life does get busy!

Thats one thing I am benefitting from yoga is trying to stay in the moment. Very tough for me to do.

Buddy keeps me grounded, I guess being outside settles my mind and lets me slow down for a little bit.

Cold and rainy in Michigan so not enjoying the colors at the moment lol

I have one boy in college this year and my youngest son is in 10h grade, so I can totally relate to time flying.  Just blink and they sprout up.  (way past me by this age, both over 6 feet)
